What is ultra sonic vibration?

Ultra sonic vibration are in built wave lengths. The tiny plates vibrate at different speeds to reach deep into the pores and lift the impurities up to the surface. Leaving your skin clean, refreshed and soft.

How long to use the device?

It is recommended to use the device no longer than 1  minute at a time. So you can cleanse your face for a minute then switch it off. If you want to massage your face then you can use it again for 1 minute.

Why are there different size bristles?

The smaller bristles are made for sensitive skin and smaller areas on the face. Whilst the larger bristles are for bigger areas eg forehead.

How often can we use the device?

You can use the devices as part of your skin care routine -morning and night. After the first time you will start to feel the difference. Continuous use will have your skin looking and feeling amazing.

Can we use the device on our body?

These devices were designed only for the face.

How do we recharge the battery?

Each device comes with a USB to charge. Please read instructions

How do I wash my device?

After using the device just wash it under running water.

What if  I am not happy with my cleanser?

No worries, we offer 14 day money back guarantee!

What is the warranty?

AMARI KAE offers 1 year warranty if the device is at factory fault.  

Why do some devices have a massage side?

That's the beauty of our collection we offer a range of products to suit everyone. 

I have sensitive skin, can I still use it?

Yes you can. The bristles are soft and gentle for all skin type.

Can I use my own skin products?

Yes, you can use your own cleanser, serum or moisturisers.

 

 

Shipping and delivery

How long is delivery?

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 3 - 5 business days -- not including weekends or holidays.

 After processing:

we  like to have your order delivered  to you 7-14 business days.

Do you deliver to my country?

At the moment we are only shipping within Australia and to New Zealand.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (usually within 2-5 business days). When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status

 

Is COVID-19 affecting delivery times and operations?

 Due to COVID-19 and government orders, processing times may be delayed. Not to worry though, everyone at AMARI KAE is working together to have your ordered delivered to you as soon as possible.

What causes delay?

In a perfect world, package deliveries arrive on time without any issues. But, in some cases, delays occur and here are the reasons why:

  • Failed delivery attempts – This occurs if there was no one there to receive the package or if the address is mis spelt, incomplete or outdated. Usually, couriers make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver your package, but on different days. After these attempts, your package will most likely be stored in the courier’s  warehouse or at your local post office for 5-7 days. Please contact your local post office immediately to track it down. If your package has already been sent back to us, simply Contact Us so we can resend it.
  • Delay caused by customs – International shipments are held up in customs to check that the contents and value of the package were declared accurately. Your tracking status will update soon after your package has been cleared and released. For updates, you may also contact your local post office or delivery service provider since a local tracking number may be provided to you for possible additional tracking events.
  • Marked as undeliverable – This happens if the courier has no access to the delivery location. Your package will then be sent back to us. If this is the case, Contact Us right away so we can resend your package.
  • Lost packages – One of the worst case scenarios why your package can get delayed is because it got lost along the way. Please contact first your local post office for updates. If you haven’t received it yet, Contact Us and we’ll do our best to help.
  • Weather conditions – Bad weather can block the roads or slow down the transit and cause a delayed delivery. Keep following up with your local post office to track the movement of your order.
  • Holidays – A sudden or unexpected increase in shipment delivery volumes is most common during the holiday season when the shopping extravaganza begins. Because of this, delivery may take longer than usual. Simply follow up with your local post office to track down your package.
